Day 27 - Heading North again

Said temporary goodbyes to our wonderful hosts, they hopefully will join us tomorrow, weather permitting. Heading north again. Always trying to check out different roads/routes. Preferable the roads lesser travelled.

Day 28 - Worumba Station to Farina

Missed a day somewhere, always happens when you get behind on your blogging! Oh well.
Quite a long trip to Warumba. Lange and Inara had suggested it as a nice place to camp and an interesting drive around the station.
We arrived late afternoon. The station owners were away but we found their friend managing the place for them. A lovely friendly man who had been helping out his friends for years and knew the place well. An interesting history to this lovely Art Deco home, Mrs Worumba, Mary! is an artist and she had made the hallway into a gallery. We paid our fees, got the key for the gates to drive around in the morning and back tracked to Jenny's camp for the night.
We had a walk up the creek and found little rock pools so spent a while exploring this little water course.
