Day 65 - Bagdad to Launceston
Wednesday, 2 April 2014
Hate having to move on so quick, missed the game of crocket with Chris due to rain! but we will be back.
The Midlands Highway has many historic towns, the first was Ross! browsed around the very expensive shops! but loved the buildings. Then Oatlands, maybe the other way round. Needless to say it had a working mill, complete with canvas sails. Could spend more time meandering around here, but ....
Onwards to Launceston, as car being serviced tomorrow.
Free camp at Paper Beach, just north of Gravelly Beach, where we camped last time, beside a noisy road. This is a no through road, should be quieter.
